CAPS CREW has three new opportunities coming up for our Middle School students!
-Cheer: MTMS cheer starts on Monday! Participants will learn how to do stunts, jumps, kicks, cheers & chants. They will practice twice a week and then cheer at two of the Middle School boys' basketball games. This workshop runs November 20th-December 13th on Mondays and Wednesdays. *There will be a second cheer session in January, registration for that is also open.
-Babysitting: CREW is teaming up with Wexford County 4-H to teach our Middle School students what it takes to become a successful babysitter. They'll learn personal safety, child development, and the business aspect of babysitting. These lesson runs November 27th-December 1st.
-3-D Printing: In this course students will learn how to be “makers” by using various types of 3-D modeling software and imaging equipment. They will get to print and keep physical objects that they have designed and modeled themselves. This course runs December 11th-15th.

The Cadillac Band Boosters tradition of welcoming the holiday season continues on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Fox Motors of Cadillac. Santa will visit from 11:30 am-2:30 pm. Art, crafts and culinary delights make gift giving easy and extra special.

The deadline to order a personalized brick at Veterans Memorial Stadium is quickly approaching! All sales end Tuesday, October 31st. Phase 1 was completed this Summer with those bricks being placed in the "C" at the entrance of the stadium. Phase 2 will be completed next Summer with bricks lining the walk-way inside the stadium. This is the final phase for stadium bricks so don't miss out!

MTMS Homecoming Spirit Week
October 2-6
Monday: Malibu Barbie/Ken - School appropriate summer attire: Beach, hats/sunglasses, summer clothes, flip flops, etc. Bathing suits are NOT allowed.
Tuesday: Totally Hair Barbie and Ken - Crimp it, curl it, put it in a swishy high pony, gel it, style it, or wear a fancy hat or headband.
Wednesday: Career Barbie/Ken - Career Day attire: - Pick a career/job and dress accordingly. Don't forget about builders, linemen, construction workers, truck drivers, electricians, factory workers, food service workers, etc. In Barbie's world, you can be anything.
Thursday: Fitness Babie/Ken - Wear 80's style aerobic clothes. 90's neon workout gear, or fitness clothes of any kind. If it's your rest day, sweatpants and sweatshirts will do.
Friday: Blue & Gold Barbie/Ken - Whether she's going for a gold medal, or dressing in fancy gold designer clothes. Barbie is a big fan of BLUE and GOLD. Wear all your Viking gear.
CAPS Families this is a reminder that Monday, September 25th is a Late Start Monday for students. Cadillac High School and Innovation begin at 9:20, Mackinaw Trail Middle School begins at 9:05 and elementary schools begin at 10:00 am.
