Transfer Requests:
In-District Transfer Form is completed by families who wish to select a different school than their neighborhood school and live within the Cadillac Area Public School District.
District Release Forms are completed by families that do not reside in the Cadillac Area Public School district but would like their student to be enrolled at CAPS.
