Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for Filtered Drinking Water Stations and Water Filters district-wide.
Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to:

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
The Bidding Documents may be examined online at https://www.cadillacschools.org/.
All proposals must be received no later than 10:00 am, on April 17, 2025.
We will not accept or consider any late bids. All proposals should be mailed and addressed Cadillac Area Public Schools, Attn: Nate Swiger, 400 Linden St, Cadillac, MI 49601 with a subject line of “Filter First Hydration Stations”. The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement. Proposers must provide a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract. The successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 90 days before awarding contracts.
