Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for High School Annex renovations located at 532 Haynes Street, Cadillac, MI 49601.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding documents that may be obtained via email from the architect, The DK Design Group, at dean@dkdesign.cc along with any inquires related to bid or product specifications or by phone at (231) 779-4002.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 20, 2024, at 10:00 am, at High School Annex 532 Haynes Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 3:30 pm, on March 5, 2024 when they will be publicly opened at the Administration Office Conference Room located at 421 S Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601.
We will not accept or consider any late bids. All proposals should be delivered in duplicate in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked: CHS Annex Renovations. The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed contract sum as a guarantee of the proposer’s good faith. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts.
