Cadillac Area Public Schools Seeks Buyers for the Administration Building Property
Cadillac Area Public Schools (CAPS) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sale of real property totaling approximately 0.73 acres located at 421 S. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, MI 49601. The property is commonly known as the District’s Administration Building and is comprised of three adjoining lots, including a two-story masonry/concrete office building of approximately 16,700 square feet. It is in the City of Cadillac’s central business district near the convergence of Mitchell Street and Howard Street.
Proposals for the property must be received at the Cadillac Area Public Schools Administration Building, 421 S. Mitchell Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601, on or before 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 8th, 2024.
