3M Safety and Security Window Film Install

Cadillac Area Public Schools is requesting proposals for 3M Window Film installation located at Cadillac High School, 400 Linden Street; Lincoln Elementary, 125 Ayer Street; and Franklin Elementary, 505 Lester Street, Cadillac MI  49601.

Bids shall provide line-item pricing as presented on the bid forms.

The Cadillac Area Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm, on August 30, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  We will not accept or consider any late bids.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Cadillac Area Public Schools and be clearly marked:  3M Safety and Security Window Film Install.  We request two (2) original, signed proposals.  The proposal must include a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure form and a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance form.  Proposers must provide a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract.  The successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
