Transfer Requests:

  • In-District Transfer Form is completed by families who wish to select a different school than their neighborhood school and live within the Cadillac Area Public School District.

  • District Release Forms are completed by families that do not reside in the Cadillac Area Public School district but would like their student to be enrolled at CAPS.

    • Please contact CAPS Central Office (231.876.5000) to request the appropriate form.
